NINTH GRADE TITANS CELEBRATE HOMECOMING WITH PEP RALLY

By Lyric Gillard

All campuses were filled with the Titan spirit homecoming week, and there was no difference at the Memorial Ninth Grade campus. The band, flames, cheerleaders, and twirlers filled the cafeteria with Titan Pride. For many students, this was their first pep rally. The atmosphere was a blast for students like ninth grader Andrea Ochoa. “ I liked dancing and music.” Students like Fernanda Pimentel can concur. “I like how the girls danced,” said Pimentel. “ Their appearance is good, and the faces they were making were amazing. The pep rally was good.” The freshman football team took their pride to the field that evening and sported a win over the Baytown Sterling Rangers 35-7.
